I build products that are robust and intelligent

From need to production, I cover the whole chain: requirements analysis, design, full-stack development in Symfony, React & TypeScript, delivery and DevOps, all the way to bringing AI and agents into business processes.

AI & Agents

I bring artificial intelligence where it creates value: business automation, autonomous agents, knowledge bases and team tooling.

AI workflows

Automation workflows built with n8n: data enrichment, classification, automated replies, smart notifications.

n8nWebhooksLLM Chains

Agents & MCP

MCP servers that empower teams, agentic skills (Claude Code), autonomous agents working with business APIs.

Knowledge bases

Structured business knowledge bases — documentation, FAQs, processes — used by both agents and teams.

How I work

A pragmatic six-step approach — from the stated need to measured impact, with no hand-off gaps in between.

  1. Understand the need

Talking with the business and with users, auditing what already exists, mapping constraints (GDPR, budget, deadlines) and measurable success criteria.

  2. Design

Architecture, data model and stack choices that are argued and documented. Quick prototypes to retire risks early.

  3. Build

Iterative full-stack development, automated tests, code reviews and a demanding CI. Small, frequent releases.

  4. Ship and run

Zero-downtime deployments, infrastructure as code, monitoring, alerting and tested backups. Running it is part of the product.

  5. Measure business impact

Analytics, business KPIs and user feedback to decide what comes next: keep what creates value.

  6. Pass it on

Living documentation, specs, pairing and mentoring, so the team (and AI agents) can carry the torch.

Case studies

Projects owned end to end — from a SaaS designed and run solo to e-commerce platforms, by way of APIs, infrastructure and AI.

2026 — PresentSAAS IN PRODUCTION

QRyx — Dynamic QR code SaaS

Founder · designed, built and run solo

“Print once, edit forever”: a French SaaS for dynamic QR codes (editable destination, scan analytics, hosted pages). I owned the whole chain, from requirements analysis (target users, pricing, GDPR constraints) to running it in production.

  • Stateless /a/{slug} redirect: FrankenPHP in worker mode, Redis lookup → 302, no session and no ORM hydration. Targets p50 < 10 ms / p99 < 25 ms; the trade-off against a dedicated Go microservice is documented.
  • Symfony UX dashboard (Live Components, Turbo, Stimulus): A/B, geo and time-based rules, scan analytics, CSV import, public API.
  • Mollie subscriptions (3 plans, monthly/yearly, coupons, webhooks) with a billing kill switch that needs no redeploy.
  • GDPR by design: IP addresses never stored in clear text (SHA-256 + monthly salt), hosted in France, anti-SSRF URL validation and Google Safe Browsing.
  • DevOps: Docker, Traefik, zero-downtime deployments, restic backups, monitoring and alerting. Hosting incident handled end to end: production rebuilt on OVHcloud from backups, blameless post-mortem.
  • Spec-driven development (OpenSpec) with tooled Claude Code agents: TDD, security and performance reviews, migrations.

Detailed experience

About

15+ years of web development, from e‑commerce to APIs and AI. I like owning the whole chain — understanding the need, designing, coding, shipping, measuring, passing it on — both within a team (technical lead since 2019 at Meero, Habitat France and foodomarket) and solo with QRyx, a SaaS I designed and run in production. Based in Saint-Avertin, near Tours (France).
